Oracle Cloud Solutions Provider Expertise Audit Request



An annual Oracle Cloud Solutions Provider Expertise Audit (3rd party audit) is a mandatory qualifier for achieving (attaining) and maintaining the Oracle Cloud Solutions Provider Expertise. The purpose of the audit is to validate the capability to deliver managed services (Day 2) for Oracle Cloud Products. Each audit will review the company’s history and success of delivering managed services including customer success cases, company staffing, and operational processes supporting managed services.

The initial audit (first audit) and every third year following the initial audit, will be conducted over two business days and will be valid for one year from date of audit. Renewal audits will be conducted in one business day and will build upon the findings of the initial audit as well as confirming managed service practices. Audit fees, $3K (USD) per day, are the responsibility of the partner and will be contracted at the time of request.

Before you submit your request for a 3rd party audit:

• Have you attained and published your Cloud Service Expertise and Cloud Sell Expertise (accepting Resell Rights) in the same product family and regional market?
• Have you submitted either 2 go live surveys or a 1 customer success story demonstrating your customer success in managed services?
• Have you reviewed the Oracle Cloud Solutions Provider Expertise Audit Criteria prior to requesting the audit?

If you answered yes to the prerequisite questions above, you are ready to schedule your Oracle Cloud Solutions Provider Expertise Audit by completing and submitting this form. You will be contacted by the 3rd party audit firm and provided additional information on the audit process including scheduling and payment.
