Diane Jackier is the chief of capital strategic initiatives in the Capital Projects division at NYC Parks. In this role, she oversees division wide initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of Parks’ capital process. She also supervises the staff in the quality assurance, data systems, and needs assessment units in the division. Jackier has a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree in city planning, and a master’s degree in historic preservation from the University of Pennsylvania.
