This webcast is presented by Eric Brown, director of the Alice Project at Carnegie Mellon University. His previous work includes co-founding Impact Games to influence society and promote change through interactive media. Toward this end, ImpactGames developed Peace Maker, a video game simulation of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict to promote dialogue and understanding. Brown was listed among “100 Social Entrepreneurs Changing the World” in Newsweek Japan. He holds a Master's of Entertainment Technology degree from Carnegie Mellon University and received a BFA in painting with focused studies in education and computer graphics from Washington University, St. Louis.
