Accepting the Agreement
Prior to finalizing your application to creating your listing, you must accept the terms and conditions of the Oracle Cloud Marketplace Agreement ("Agreement").
You will not be able to submit the application form until you have read and accepted the terms of the Agreement.
Your acceptance of the Agreement does not mean that a contract has been entered into between your company and Oracle. If you accept the terms of the Agreement and Oracle accepts your application, you will receive an email confirmation from Oracle. Please save a copy of the Agreement below for your records.
Only upon notification that Oracle has accepted your application, will the Agreement constitute a legally binding contract. Once accepted by Oracle, the effective and expiration dates of the Agreement will be shown in your account in Oracle Partner Store under Memberships > Others.
Please remember to PRINT a copy of the Agreement.
