Raghu joined Oracle as a software engineer in 1990, and has held positions in Database Product Management, Database Product Marketing, and Platform Product Marketing. He joined Oracle University in 2002, with lead roles in Operations, Marketing and Sales Readiness before taking on his current role overseeing all Content, Delivery, Certification, Renewals, IT and Development. Raghu’s team has transformed OU’s offerings from a legacy instructor-led courseware model to a modern digital business featuring cloud content, learning subscriptions, modular/micro-learning content, digital certifications and on-demand labs. .

Lorin joined Oracle in 2017, bringing over 20 years of high tech and system integrator marketing and communication experience with her. The last seven years she has been focused on learning and enablement and has found her passion. She enjoys collaborating with clients and internal teams to provide guidance and leadership on creative education solutions. She is passionate about learning and fueling the continual growth of Oracle University’s educational platform and offerings.

Currently, Ms. Bookout helps Oracle partners transition to the Cloud through innovative enablement and adoption programs. She distinguishes herself by collaborating with customers and brainstorming new approaches to enterprise learning to help them meet their business objectives and achieve positive results.
