Amr is Director Marketing Strategy at Oracle. He helps Oracle’s customers to develop marketing strategies that drive growth and improve customer experience.

Before joining Oracle, he was the Head of Acquisition for Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, focusing on growing and engaging fans using Data and Marketing Solutions to drive commercial value & improve Fan Experience. He also spent 4 years at Barclaycard driving digital transformation programme. Earlier he spent 5 years at Cisco, leading London 2012 digital sponsorship, and 10 years at Vodafone where he held a number of positions in Service, Sales and Marketing. He also holds an Executive MBA degree from Warwick Business School.

Biography: Motasem El Bawab was a former professional basketball player. He currently serves as the Head of Digital & Technology at the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball.

As the Head of Digital of the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball his role is to lead the teams developing the Digital and Technology strategies for the federation. His main responsibility is to increase viewership of Volleyball Properties globally and to drive new revenue streams beyond TV. His other focus is to bring the best of volleyball to its fans, players and organizations around the world through innovative digital solutions & engaging content.

Beyond his work for the FIVB, some of his past roles included being the digital projects manager for the International Basketball Federation, where he lead their technology, digital architecture and mobile transformation.
