Richard James is Practice Director for DXC Red Rock which is the largest independent provider of Oracle consulting and managed services in Australia and New Zealand. DXC Red Rock provides dynamic technology leadership in delivering Oracle Cloud solutions, with a full continuum of services around Oracle’s integrated suite of applications, platform services, and engineered systems. With over 20 years continuous service with DXC Technology, through his heritage with HPE, HP and EDS, Richard has worked in multiple leadership roles across Europe, Asia and Australia/New Zealand. During this period he has held a diverse range of Executive roles in Strategic Account Management, Sales, Industry Leadership Operations and Delivery. As a member of the DXC Senior Leadership Team, Richard has a strong track record of delivering sustainable business results and transformational outcomes for customers in a wide range of industries and geographies. Prior to DXC, Richard had management roles in the UK with Northern Trust Bank, Reuters and Morgan Stanley. Richard was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa and educated in London and Bristol in England. He has a BA (HONS) Financial Services degree and currently lives in Sydney, Australia with his wife and 2 children.

Gary Miller is a Senior Vice President and General Manager at Oracle. Gary has been with Oracle for over 14 years and leads the Oracle Advanced Customer Services organization that specializes in providing tailored support and modern cloud experience including managed application services on premises and for private, public, and hybrid cloud environments. Leading 4500+ employees aiming for the highest levels of customer innovation, Gary is instrumental in driving a services-led strategy to support and manage over 6000 customers in 100+ countries globally spanning Oracle's largest enterprise clients. Gary has tripled Oracle Advanced Customer Services revenue from when he started to the $1.4B services business that it is today. Prior to Gary's role in Advanced Customer Services, he was the Senior Vice President of Global Business Operations Customer Services and responsible for driving strategy, policy, pricing, acquisitions, risk management, strategic resource planning, and day-to-day operational management. The business grew from $8B to $20B in this period. Gary personally managed and led the integration of over 100 acquisitions.

Santiago has been with Arcor for 10 years and actually leads the IT Services Organization that seeks align IT Strategy with the Business Strategy, translating Business needs into IT initiatives. He is also responsible of the Infrastructure that supports the main applications of Arcor Group and was responsible, within several projects, of the Migration Project to Oracle´s OCI. IT Organization in Arcor Supports more than 12000 users, almost 100 sites and several countries operations.

Santiago graduated from Buenos Aires University with a Degree in Information Systems. He completed the Development Executive Program at UTDT after his degree.
