Sr. Director Business Development, Cloud Systems, Oracle EMEA
Diana leads Business Development for Oracle Cloud Systems across EMEA. Her main responsibilities are the definition and prioritization of key sales initiatives supporting Oracle’s GTM Strategy acting as a regional evangelist to drive faster and successful Cloud Systems adoption with our customers. Diana leads a team of Sr. Architects and Business Development Directors.
Diana joined Oracle in 1998 and since then she has held many different roles in sales and business development organizations for different solutions of the Oracle portfolio, segments of the market and industries in EMEA and North America. Some of her great achievements at Oracle include the introduction of Oracle Engineered Systems and Cloud@Customer in EMEA, the definition and implementation of the first only-channel-driven territory in North American or the rollout of the new cloud sales GTM for Oracle Cloud Sales.
Vice President, Alliances & Channels & ISVs EMEA, Oracle
As the Vice President of Alliances & Channels & ISVs for Oracle Europe, Middle East and Africa, Javier Torres is passionate about using his skills in strategic thinking and change management to drive innovation and collaborate with Partners – all with the goal of helping clients derive value from their adoption of Oracle advanced technologies and solutions.
Javier joined Oracle in 2012 as business operations and demand generation leader for Iberia. He moved on to lead the EMEA business operations organization in 2015 before taking up his current role in 2018. Prior to joining Oracle, he was an engagement manager with McKinsey & Company.
With over 15 years of international experience in the IT and management consulting services industries, Javier brings with him a wealth of specialized, senior management experience in the areas of business operations, sales & marketing, IT operations strategy and corporate strategy.
His education includes an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Masters in Mathematics from U.N.E.D. and a Masters in Engineering and Telecommunications from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
He continues to stay connected with MIT and serves as President on the MIT Club of Spain Board.
Cloud Systems Sales VP South, Oracle
Marc has been working at Oracle for more than 8 years and he’s the Cloud Systems Sales VP South. Marc currently manages Italy, France and Iberia Regions in a close relationship with the area managers and, globally, leads a team of 40 people.
In his previous role and for 5 years, Marc was the Sales Leader Oracle Digital Systems EMEA and he drove the growth in the converged infrastructure business with a team of inside sales reps, covering EMEA.
Before that, Marc was the Sales Director Oracle Direct Tech Benelux. He managed the team of inside sales reps with the objective of creating a run rate business, reaching the broad market and assisting in building the business in named and strategic accounts.
Prior to joining Oracle, Marc counts with 2 decades of diverse professional experiences in technology companies, where he held senior positions in sales, marketing and business management.
Marc holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht).
VP, A&C Leader for Technology and Cloud Systems, South Europe and ECEMEA, Oracle
Orfhlaith Ni Chorcora, VP Alliances & Channel, Tech & Cloud Systems, leads Oracle’s efforts with its extensive Partner ecosystem as the industry pivots to cloud across Southern Europe, East Central Europe, Middle East and Africa. Managing a portfolio of products & services that spans License, Cloud Systems and Public Cloud, Orfhlaith heads up a multi-cultural team based in 24+ countries around the region dedicated to supporting an extensive ecosystem of GSIs, SIs, ISVs, Resellers and VADs. As a 23-year veteran of Oracle, Orfhlaith has held diverse roles within the company at both International and Global levels including Corporate roles, leading a cross-functional team to develop the Corporation’s expansion plan for Africa and driving strategic engagements with several governments, key Telecoms and FSI companies in Middle East and Africa.
Orfhlaith is a native of Cork, Ireland but resident in Italy for the past 20 years.
Her motto is “walk on air despite your better judgement” (a Seamus Heaney quote) and reflects her philosophy to dream big, think positive and “can do” attitude.
Vice President, Oracle Cloud Systems EMEA
Reinier van Grieken is the vice president for Cloud Systems in EMEA and is responsible for the hardware (systems, storage, and appliance) and engineered systems business. In this role he works with sales teams and business leaders to develop a culture committed to transforming organisations by simplifying IT.
Van Grieken has had a career of over 23 years with Oracle where he has held many different roles. Within the Systems organization he was vice president Server, Storage and ODA EMEA and prior to that UKI, BeNeLux and Iberia Systems Lead. Before that, he was managing director of Oracle Netherlands.
Van Grieken attended the London Business School.
Vice President, Alliance & Channel Technology & Cloud Systems, Ukii & Northern Europe, Oracle
Havovi Yazdabadi is the leader for Oracle's Alliance & Channel Technology & Cloud Systems business for UK, Ireland, Israel & Northern Europe. She is passionate about building and transforming strong teams to succeed. Havovi career has spanned Marketing, Business Development, and Channel; more recently responsible to grow
Oracle’s cloud, technology and hardware's channel market influence and share. “Our channel partners own the ultimate and intimate relationships with a lot of our customers and at Oracle we put our partners at the epicentre of our Go to Market’.’
Havovi is also a member of the EMEA A&C Senior Management team and the Northern Europe extended Management Team.
Award winning Marketeer (Asia’s Most Influential CMO) and Women in Leadership influencer, Havovi’s career has spanned continents from Australia, UK, and Middle East holding various management and leadership positions in the high-tech industry and across business groups.
Havovi is mum to 3 wilful and strong Tic Tok fans and likes a spot of fishing when she can catch one, beating unsuspecting challengers to a game of ping pong and enjoys sailing without a sail!
Global VP Database and Autonomous Services, Oracle
Steve Zivanic is Global Vice President, Database and Autonomous Services, at Oracle. His team is responsible for worldwide marketing, go-to-market strategies, strategic sales support, and seller enablement for Oracle’s database and autonomous services—such as Oracle Autonomous Database and Oracle Autonomous Linux—and the underlying infrastructure including Exadata Cloud@Customer and Exadata Cloud Service as well as on-premises Engineered Systems. In this role, Steve led the successful launches of Autonomous Database on Exadata Cloud@Customer, Exadata X8M, Autonomous JSON, and Obervability and Management Platform, resulting in several hundred positive industry analyst reports and media articles worldwide, and increased revenue streams.
Steve has extensive experience in leading global marketing and sales enablement teams at both established enterprises and emerging companies, including Hitachi Data Systems (now Hitachi Vantara), QLogic (acquired by Cavium), DataDirect Networks, and Nirvanix, one of the first cloud storage providers acquired by Oracle in 2013. He is widely credited with raising their profiles and transforming them into recognized industry and thought leaders in their highly competitive segments. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree from San Jose State University.
