Andrew Sinclair is responsible for revenue and growth of the business as Motorola Solutions transforms to a cloud software, services, and devices company. His team is dedicated to delivering innovation through our software products and services to enable customers to work more efficiently and effectively to make lives better and save lives. Since joining Motorola Solutions in 2017, Andrew has formed the Software Business focusing on applications to serve in the areas of Emergency Call Handling, Unified Communications, Command & Control, Records & Evidence, Enterprise Security, Software Deployment, and Go-To-Market.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from Staffordshire University in the UK. Andrew has over 18 years of experience making real-time collaboration and communication tools at Skype and Microsoft. Prior to joining Motorola, Andrew was General Manager of Skype, Skype for Business, and Microsoft Teams at Microsoft.

Teffani Zadeh is the CIO of Growth Enablement at Aon Corporation, where she has worked for the past 18 years. In her role, Teffani manages the strategic roadmaps and day-to-day operations for the technology supporting Aon’s sales and marketing functions across 4 solution lines. Most recently, Teffani guided Aon through an implementation of Oracle’s Sales Cloud product, moving 11,000 client-facing colleagues from 6 instances of Salesforce to one instance of Sales Cloud. She has focused on leveraging the wealth of data now available in one CRM system to provide leadership with unprecedented insight into marketing impact and sales effectiveness.

Prior to joining Aon, Teffani was a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting where she focused on process redesign, focusing in the CRM space. She started her career at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) as a developer, which has served her well when managing large IT programs.

Teffani received her MBA from the University of Chicago and in her spare time, she can be found either planning or experiencing her next traveling adventure.

As Aon’s global reporting lead for sales, Liesbeth is responsible for the team that delivers valuable customer insights directly to Aon’s marketing and sales teams. She has worked at Aon for over 6 years.

As Aon’s global Director for Marketing Technology, Nancy is responsible for a team that delivers support to Aon for the majority of Aon’s internal and external communication through multiple channels. She has worked at Aon for over 20 years.

Previously, Nancy was responsible for the EMEA SFDC/Eloqua support function.

Jed Corenthal is an experienced business professional and marketer who holds the executive position of Chief Marketing Officer for Phenix RTS. Prior to joining Phenix, Jed help leadership roles at Sony and the National Football League as the Director of Marketing, was Chief Revenue Officer for the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball League, founded and acted as CEO for the digital self-expression MeeMo, and finally oversaw the company operations of OTT Studios as COO & Partner. Jed attended Ithaca College with a focus on Political Science and Music.

As CEO and Co-Founder of JASCI, a Warehouse Management Software firm, Craig Wilensky has a passion for architecting new solutions and a desire to stay ahead of the curve.

Craig has an extensive background in tech and hardware as a serial software entrepreneur & startup grower. Supply Chain and Fulfillment have become his industry of focus where he can utilize his background to bring positive change. Previous achievements include: modernizing fortune 1000 companies with breakthrough supply-chain hardware; Bringing Infologix public on the NASDAQ; and leading the hardware and sales division at Knighted Software, another tier-one Warehouse Management System that was acquired by Honeywell Intelligrated. Knighted’s founder, Dan Napoli now serves as JASCI’s CTO and founded JASCI with Craig.

Debra Robinson is the senior vice president and chief information officer for Oracle Technology and Operations at Hearst. She oversees Oracle technology across the company and HCM. During her tenure, Robinson led and delivered financial and HCM applications across the organization. She was also the delivery executive for Project UniFi, which included outsourcing payroll, business process transformation and implementing Oracle Cloud for financials and human capital management.

Additionally, Robinson serves as a scout for the HearstLab, a group of women executives at Hearst who contribute their subject matter expertise, connections and mentorship to HearstLab’s portfolio companies.

Prior to being appointed SVP, Robinson was chief technology officer of Hearst Magazines, and was responsible for leading and coordinating IT initiatives and operations across all magazine business units. At that time this included 20 US titles; CDS Global, the Hearst-owned international data management company that provides customized fulfillment services to publishers and direct marketers; Periodical Publishers’ Service Bureau (PPSB), the Hearst-owned circulation and subscription services company; and Hearst Magazines UK, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hearst Magazines in the UK.

Prior to being appointed CTO, Robinson was vice president of technology and production for digital media at Hearst Magazines. She was instrumental in developing and organizing the newly created department. Additionally, Robinson was the lead person for developing the technology and production needed to create and implement Hearst Magazines Digital Strategy. She also served as interim chief information officer of CDS Global.

Before joining Hearst, Robinson was senior vice president and chief information officer at Primedia, a publishing company, for five years. She previously held executive positions at CVS Pharmacy, CMP Media, Delaware North Companies and Aramark.

Robinson is a graduate of the Wharton School and also has a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

David Hovstadius is Senior Vice President for Finance Operations, Hearst Communications. Hearst is one of the nation's largest diversified media, information and services companies with more than 360 businesses. Its major interests include ownership in cable television networks; global financial services leader Fitch Group; a group of information and service businesses; television stations; newspapers; and more than 300 magazines.

Mr. Hovstadius is responsible for Hearst’s finance operations including continuous process improvement and operational excellence. He is the executive leader for the company’s finance transformation journey to the cloud successfully implementing Oracle’s Cloud ERP and EPM suite of products. The program has been one of the largest enterprise initiatives in the company’s history and has established a modern finance platform for growth.

Mr. Hovstadius is an executive with over 28 years of experience within finance. He began his career in consulting, specializing in enterprise transformation programs in the Communications, Media, and Hi Tech industries.

Mr. Hovstadius completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at University of Connecticut.
