Redefine best: digital maturity in fast growing business

An Oracle webinar with IDC

For today’s digitally determined SMBs, applications, artificial intelligence, and cloud form their building blocks. To ensure business continuity and future survival, those SMBs that focus on digitalizing manual processes and modernizing applications and digital infrastructure are more likely to survive than those without digital applications.

Core process automation with investments in cloud business suites and core business applications such as ERP, SCM, finance, and HR; improving financial visibility and business planning; and streamlining core operations are all critical factors for SMBs to thrive in the next normal.

In this digital event, IDC and Oracle emphasize the need for mid-size businesses to become 'digitally determined' and highlight the aspects that differentiate digital leaders. Experts will focus on how midmarket players can thrive in the new world by creating tech-enhanced customer experiences, building a secure and agile distributed technology backbone, and forging dynamic partnerships by playing in industry ecosystems.
