This series offers new and current Oracle Hospitality and Food & Beverage Support users an introduction to the Customer Support Portal and how they can use it to improve their support experience, including registering for and using the portal, creating and managing service requests, leveraging knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve common issues, and introducing the Customer User Administrator role.
