#InclusiveHR ‘5 Step Challenge to Change’

#InclusiveHR is a social movement for change that is focused on the recognising the racial inequalities that exist in society and that are replicated in our Human Resources & Organisational Development departments.

The movement aims to reduce the disparities and support HR & OD directorates to become more inclusive and lead by example as a profession.

If you are committed to the #InclusiveHR social movement and want to use the lived experience to drive real change and create a step change in the lived experience of our black Asian and minority ethnic HR & OD professionals, this is a chance to look at what collective action we can take to shatter the glass ceiling, remove barriers and create more inclusive cultures that enable open conversations about race and active allyship.
