Steve Miranda

Steve Miranda is executive vice president of Oracle Applications product development. He is responsible for leading all aspects of product strategy, product development, and product delivery for Oracle's applications and related cloud services. This includes Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle's newest products for customer service and support, commerce, and talent management.

Miranda joined Oracle in 1992 and has held a variety of leadership positions within the development organization. In 2007 he was asked to lead the engineering of Oracle's next-generation suite of software applications, Oracle Fusion Applications. Under his leadership, Oracle has delivered on its promise to help applications customers innovate and remain competitive while leveraging their existing IT investments and increasing the value of those investments with new Oracle products and services. Prior to Oracle, Miranda worked at GE Aerospace.
He holds degrees in mathematics and computational sciences from Stanford University.

Brian’s design background is derived from being thrust into situations that were either totally disruptive in nature to the organization or being tasked with resurrecting a failing department, function or brand. With an eye on immediate improvement to the financial health, Brian has deployed multiple design disciplines in the pursuit of driving employee engagement and innovation focused on delivering compelling customer experiences that produce results. As Oracle’s Vice President of Customer Experience Strategy and Design, Brian spends a majority of his time around the globe helping Organizations embrace and execute these design disciplines such as Journey Mapping to drive a transformative approach and engagement between a brand and its customers.

Neil Sholay

As head of digital for Oracle EMEA, Neil Sholay is responsible for go-to-market strategy and thought leadership for Oracle in the digital marketplace. His responsibilities include supporting Oracle EMEA’s strategic customers who are undergoing digital transformation. Sholay also focuses on the growth areas of social, mobile, private and public cloud, big data, the Internet of Things, and customer experience. With more than 15 years of IT experience, he is frequently asked to speak on these topics.

Sholay’s primary focus is market and business development, which includes identifying new technology trends and developments and working closely with field sales and marketing to support Oracle’s strategic customers.

Sholay has worked on large-scale digital transformation initiatives across all industries and regions with both IT and line of business teams. Prior to Oracle, he spent eight years with BEA Systems as director of telecom markets for EMEA. In this role he acted as telecom domain expert for the company and was responsible for developing BEA’s telecom strategy and bringing to market their telecom product line, WebLogic Communications Platform.

Sholay also spent two years with ATG as wireless industry manager and two years with the e-business systems integrator Infogain as a consultant and practice manager for their advanced technologies group. He started his career with Sun Microsystems, working for four years as an engineer and then as part of the newly formed Java market development team that evangelized and brought the Java platform to market.

Sholay holds a BA degree in business management from the London Institute.

She is currently the VP of Digital Demand Generation, Business Development and Marketing for Oracle in EMEA and APAC. Amanda is an oft requested speaker on business issues, technology trends and marketing leadership and has keynoted at the London Business School, the Economist forums and the WebSummit Digital stage amongst many others. She has a Business & German degree from Hull University, England and is an advisor to many start ups in the UK Tech City community and lives in London with her husband and son & in her free time enjoys film, outdoor pursuits and the arts.

Ludovic Subran décide, dès l’obtention de son diplôme de l’IEP, d’entamer une carrière à l’International et travaillera pour des institutions prestigieuses. Après avoir ouvert une parenthèse au Ministère des Finances, il accompagne la directrice exécutive du Programme Alimentaire National des Nations Unies dans ses différentes missions en Italie et dans plusieurs pays d’Afrique, au poste de conseiller économique.

En 2009, à la Banque Mondiale à Washington, pour l'Amérique Latine et les Caraïbes, il orchestre le développement des programmes d’assistance technique et de financement. Parallèlement au poste d’enseignant à l’École des hautes études commerciales de Paris (HEC),

Ludovic Subran est, depuis 2011, chef économiste chez l'assureur-crédit Euler Hermes. Il pilote également une équipe composée d’une douzaine d’experts, réalisant plus de 200 publications annuellement et participant à près de 150 conférences en rapport avec les métiers d’Euler Hermès. Depuis 2013, il est classé dans le top 100 des leaders français de demain par l’Institut Choiseul et le Figaro. Il est Young Leader de la French-American Foundation.

Ludovic est aussi Membre du Conseil d’Orientation de BPI France Le Lab et du Lagardère Lab dédiés à l’innovation.

En juillet 2016, il est nommé Conseiller du commerce extérieur de la France.
