Steve Miranda is executive vice president of Oracle Applications product development. He is responsible for leading all aspects of product strategy, product development, and product delivery for Oracle's applications and related cloud services. This includes Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle's newest products for customer service and support, commerce, and talent management.
Miranda joined Oracle in 1992 and has held a variety of leadership positions within the development organization. In 2007 he was asked to lead the engineering of Oracle's next-generation suite of software applications, Oracle Fusion Applications. Under his leadership, Oracle has delivered on its promise to help applications customers innovate and remain competitive while leveraging their existing IT investments and increasing the value of those investments with new Oracle products and services.
Prior to Oracle, Miranda worked at GE Aerospace.
He holds degrees in mathematics and computational sciences from Stanford University.

Reggie Bradford brings more than 20 years of experience to his role as senior vice president of product development at Oracle. In his current role, he is focused on driving Oracle’s vision to become the global leader in cloud computing, as well as leading the global expansion of the Oracle Startup Cloud Accelerator program. He also serves as a thought leader speaking and writing about entrepreneurism, cloud, the Internet of Things, globalization, data visualization, artificial intelligence, and other emerging technologies.
For over 20 plus years, Brian has been at the forefront of Customer Experience (CX) strategy for multiple Fortune 100 Brands in senior executive roles ranging across Operations, Customer Care, B to B Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce and Bricks and Mortar Retail in the Automotive, Communications and Consumer Electronics Industries.
Brian’s design background is derived from being thrust into situations that were either totally disruptive in nature to the organization or being tasked with resurrecting a failing department, function or brand. As Oracle’s Vice President of Customer Experience Strategy and Design, Brian spends a majority of his time around the globe helping Organizations embrace and execute these design disciplines such as Journey Mapping to drive a transformative approach and engagement between a brand and its customers.
As head of digital for Oracle EMEA, Neil Sholay is responsible for go-to-market strategy and thought leadership for Oracle in the digital marketplace. His responsibilities include supporting Oracle EMEA’s strategic customers who are undergoing digital transformation. Sholay also focuses on the growth areas of social, mobile, private and public cloud, big data, the Internet of Things, and customer experience. With more than 15 years of IT experience, he is frequently asked to speak on these topics.
Sholay’s primary focus is market and business development, which includes identifying new technology trends and developments and working closely with field sales and marketing to support Oracle’s strategic customers.
Sholay has worked on large-scale digital transformation initiatives across all industries and regions with both IT and line of business teams. Prior to Oracle, he spent eight years with BEA Systems as director of telecom markets for EMEA. In this role he acted as telecom domain expert for the company and was responsible for developing BEA’s telecom strategy and bringing to market their telecom product line, WebLogic Communications Platform.
Sholay also spent two years with ATG as wireless industry manager and two years with the e-business systems integrator Infogain as a consultant and practice manager for their advanced technologies group. He started his career with Sun Microsystems, working for four years as an engineer and then as part of the newly formed Java market development team that evangelized and brought the Java platform to market.
Sholay holds a BA degree in business management from the London Institute.
Amanda St Levans Jobbins is an industry renowned CMO in the technology industry having worked for many years in leadership positions in theSilicon Valley, Asia and Europe for amongst others Symantec, IBM and Cisco. She is currently the VP of Digital Demand Generation, Business Development and Marketing for Oracle in EMEA and APAC. Amanda is an oft requested speaker on business issues, technology trends and marketing leadership and has keynoted at the London Business School, the Economist forums and the WebSummit Digital stage amongst many others. She has a Business & German degree from Hull University, England and is an advisor to many start ups in the UK Tech City community and lives in London with her husband and son & in her free time enjoys film, outdoor pursuits and the arts.
Angela Montacute is Products, Services & Platforms Director at Arval Group & a member of the Group Comex having joined the company in 2005. Within this role she is responsible for Service Delivery, Digital, Marketing & IT including a number of key business transformation programmes across Arval’s leading fleet and fuel management business in 28 countries and is the President of the Arval Telematics company, Artel.
Previously Angela held group roles as Chief Digital Officer and Service Delivery Director and before that Operations Director at Arval UK.
Angela holds an MBA from the University of Bath and prior to working with Arval, held a number of client relationship and programme management roles within Lloyds Banking Group over a period of 15 years.
With more than 10 years experience within the IT and Media sector, Thuy Nguyen is currently CMO at Forbes France, the French version of Forbes US magazine. She participates to the website launch and she is in charge of the communication and marketing.
Previously, she held the position of Marketing - Ad Operations Director at NetMediaEurope for 6 years and was also responsible of client campaigns management and coordination across the 5 main European countries.
In the past, she worked several years within an IT and Data company and started her experience at Reed Exhibitions.
