Zach Nelson, former CEO of NetSuite Inc. (acquired by Oracle) is now charged with ERP cloud strategy at Oracle. Nelson joined NetSuite in 2002, bringing cloud vision and expertise, and industry and executive leadership experience to his role with the company. Nelson oversaw the company’s direction, strategy, innovation and leadership team. Under his leadership, NetSuite rose from a start-up to a successful IPO company that had more than 30,000 organizations running their mission critical business processes on NetSuite worldwide. Prior to NetSuite Nelson held a variety of executive positions spanning marketing, sales, product development and business strategy with leading tech companies such as Oracle, where he ran worldwide marketing, Sun Microsystems (now Oracle) and McAfee/Network Associates.

Nelson has won many awards including being named to CRN’s 25 Most Influential List for six consecutive years since 2011. He was also named to 2013 Business Insider’s 50 Most Powerful People In Enterprise Tech List, and to Fortune magazine’s 2012 Businessperson of the Year List. His leadership has led NetSuite to win many industry accolades including being named to Forbes Most Innovative Growth Companies 2014 list and to Forbes America’s 100 Most Trustworthy Companies 2013.

Dr Angus Hervey is a political economist, writer, and professional speaker on the topic of disruptive technologies. He is part of a global movement of scientists, technologists, hackers and creatives that are pioneering new and better ways of doing things in the 21st century. He is the co-founder of Future Crunch, a think tank designed to foster intelligent, optimistic thinking about the future, and to empower people to contribute to it. He was the founding community manager for Random Hacks of Kindness, the longest running and largest social hackathon in Australia, and a former editorial manager of Global Policy, one of the world's leading international political journals. He holds an MSc in International Political Economy and a PhD in Government from the London School of Economics, where he was also the Ralph Miliband Scholar between 2009 and 2012.

Tané is a science communicator, futurist and bioinformatician. He works with big data in the biological realm and specialises in cancer research. In 2004 Tane won a US national title and was heading for a career as a professional cyclist. Unfortunately, an injury in 2006 brought Tané’s cycling career to an end and he refocused on science. While sailing across the South Pacific in 2010, Tané met Dr. Darlene Ketten from Harvard Medical School. Long discussions with her piqued his interest in medical genomics and bioinformatics which eventually led him to the University of Melbourne where he completed a Masters in Bioinformatics in 2013. He has worked for the Royal Children’s Hospital diagnosing rare diseases in children using genetics, and is currently doing his PhD at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in Melbourne, using molecular biomarkers to better understand, diagnose and improve treatment for people suffering from cancer.
