Registration Information
An Oracle Single-Sign on account is required to register. If you do not have an Oracle Account, click "Create Account." If you have forgotten your username or password, click on the info icons in those fields for assistance. For more information, refer to the Registration Instructions page.
Modern Customer Experience attendees can take advantage of the following rates. Full Conference Registration fees include access to all conference keynote sessions, breakout sessions, exhibits/demos, materials, receptions, and the CX Fest appreciation event. There are new Day Pass options on Wednesday and Thursday for those with limited schedules, however, access to the CX Fest appreciation event is excluded for Day Pass attendees.

Government Rate Eligibility
The government rate is open to bona fide employees of a national/federal, state, provincial, or local government entity, including public higher education institutions. US and Canadian attendees registering under the government rate will be required to show their employer-issued government ID or other proof of government employment during check-in at McCormick Place in Chicago. Attendees outside the US and Canada registering under the government rate will be required to fax or email proof of their government employee status (a copy of a government photo ID or a letter on official government letterhead stating that they are an employee of that organization) to the Modern Customer Experience registration team to receive the discounted rate. Oracle can, at its sole discretion, charge the standard Modern Customer Experience conference rate to anyone not satisfying these requirements.
Student Registrations
Discounted student registration passes are available to students taking a minimum of 6 (six) units and who have a current student identification card. This offer applies only to students attending accredited, nonprofit institutions of learning. You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
What's Included/Not Included
This pass provides you complete access to all keynote and exhibit experiences, plus all meal services for the event. Sessions, evening events, and customer appreciation event are excluded.
How to Get a Student Pass
Please make a PDF copy of your current student identification card and your 2018 class schedule. Email it to ModernCX@gpj.com or fax to +1.512.813.2402. Once your credentials have been verified, you will be sent an email with event registration details.
