Have you run into a roadblock with an Oracle Service Cloud project? Or maybe you’re wondering about the best way to approach a task? Then schedule a one-on-one session with a Service product expert for guidance and solutions at Ask the Experts.

Bring your burning Oracle Service Cloud product issue and work with a product expert to get a resolution. Based on your question (e.g. workflow, Engagement Engine, custom objects, analytics, agent browser UI, Customer Portal customizations or add on services like Popflow, Harmony or Messaging as a Channel), we will match you with a product expert from Product Management, Development, or Solution Consulting.

Take advantage of these complimentary hour-long sessions to review your Oracle Service Cloud instance and work through your question with experts from Helix or Oracle. Ask the Experts will be scheduled on a first-come, first served basis.

How Ask the Experts Works:

• You will receive a meeting invite for your Ask the Experts session
• Respond to the meeting invite to confirm your session or request a different time
• At the conference, you will meet with the assigned product expert to discuss your question in an hour-long session. Please limit attendees to 3 people from your organization
• Make sure to bring your laptop and have your site open for your session to make the most of your time and work through the specific details of your question.

Ask the Experts available hours are:

• Tuesday, April 25 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. PT
• Wednesday, April 26 from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. PT
• Thursday, April 27 from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. PT
