Our supply chain customer community is made up of savvy professionals dedicated to modernizing their business operations for a competitive advantage. To strengthen that community and provide opportunities for our Modern Supply Chain Experience attendees to learn from one another in focused settings, we’ll host a series of customer advisory boards, strategy councils, and workshops on Monday, January 29 and Thursday, February 1, 2018.

Some sessions are available to all Modern Supply Chain Experience attendees and some are invitation-only. To register for a session, follow the registration instructions in the session description.

Executive Overview of Oracle Maintenance Cloud

EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Masters will take you through the features and functions of Oracle Maintenance Cloud. They will review what’s new and different from Oracle eAM. Find out how ready your company is to take advantage of the opportunity to shift to the Cloud. Meet face to face with expert Oracle instructors and ask questions throughout the learning sessions. The lessons will focus on the latest R13 release and also review the Maintenance Cloud Roadmap describing future upgrades. SCM Analytics Customer Advisory Board

Oracle’s Business Intelligence (BI) Applications provide a comprehensive and integrated suite of products that empower users to gather insights and drive actions across their Supply Chains. The objectives of the Customer Advisory Board (CAB) is to hear from you, our customers regarding your reporting and analytics business needs! In our conversations, we would like to hear more about your pain points and challenges with unmet user needs, identify reporting and analytics gaps in OTBI, and solicit feedback on future product direction for our BI Analytics offerings.

This CAB is a great opportunity to help us define the roadmap while simultaneously building out your network with other Oracle customers. Our ask of you is to actively participate and share your best practices with not only the Analytics team, but with your peers as well.

Manufacturing Cloud Customer Advisory Board

This is your opportunity to get involved with our Manufacturing Cloud development organization to address ongoing and future requirements for aspects of your internal and contract manufacturing processes in the cloud. Oracle Global Trade Management Customer Advisory Board

The Oracle Global Trade Management Customer Advisory Board is a dedicated group of customer representatives with passion, expertise and vision in global trade management processes. The group works in partnership with the Oracle Global Trade Management Strategy and Development teams to provide strategic input on product direction. The Customer Advisory Board provides collaborative work sessions between the Oracle Global Trade Management team and key customers to allow the customers to articulate global trade compliance requirements as well as share strategic trade initiatives for their company as it pertains to the business processes enabled by the Oracle Global Trade Management product suite.

The Oracle Global Trade Management Customer Advisory Board provides attendees with the opportunity to:

  • Influence product design and direction
  • Obtain direct contact with product development teams
  • Provide input on future functionality and releases
  • Obtain knowledge of industry best practices from participating companies
  • Learn from peers about how they are using Oracle Applications in the real world and where they are going

The Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud (LogFire) Customer Advisory Board is a focused group of customer representatives with expertise and vision in warehouse management processes. The group meets with the Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud Strategy and Development teams to provide strategic input on product direction. The Customer Advisory Board provides collaborative work sessions between the Oracle Warehouse Management team and key customers to allow the customers to articulate and share the strategic vision for their company as it pertains to the business processes enabled by the Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud product suite.

The Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud Customer Advisory Board provides attendees with the opportunity to:

  • Influence product design and direction
  • Obtain direct contact with product development teams
  • Provide input on future functionality and releases

Supply Chain Planning Customer Advisory Board

The Supply Chain Planning Customer Advisory Board working group is a collaborative undertaking between the Oracle Supply Chain Planning development team and selected customers. The content and schedule of sessions are designed to complement the product development lifecycle. This will enable customer input and feedback to become an integral part of the overall development process.

Attendees in this Customer Advisory Board will get the opportunity to:

  • Share experience and knowledge on how to use Oracle Supply Chain Planning functionality effectively
  • Use it as a forum for customers and Oracle to jointly identify areas of further improvement, set priorities, and drive the Oracle Supply Chain Planning roadmap to achieve best-in-class functionality
  • Quantify business value associated with Oracle Supply Chain Planning enhancement areas
  • Review and validate Oracle Supply Chain Planning product plans and enhancements
  • Provide necessary depth and background on Oracle Supply Chain Planning enhancements tagged for inclusion in future releases

Oracle Product Hub Customer Advisory Board
