Mark Hurd is chief executive officer of Oracle Corporation and a member of the company's board of directors. He joined Oracle in 2010, bringing more than 30 years of technology industry leadership, computer hardware expertise, and executive management experience to his role with the company. Hurd is also a member of the Baylor University Board of Regents.
Rick Jewell is senior vice president of Oracle Applications development. Jewell has been with Oracle since 1989 and has overall responsibility for Oracle's supply chain management applications. In addition, his responsibilities include Oracle's recent acquisitions in supply chain, specifically the transportation management, demand planning, advanced planning and scheduling, and product lifecycle management products. Prior to joining Oracle, Jewell spent nine years with a large global systems integrator and he also served as Chief Information Officer for a Bay Area-based medical-device manufacturing company. Jewell is a graduate of Stanford University, where he received a B.A. in economics and an M.S. in industrial engineering.
Richard Scheitler is Chief Information Officer for The Wonderful Company, where he has worked for 10 years. The Wonderful Company is a privately held $4 billion company committed to offering high-quality, healthy brands. The Wonderful Company’s diverse holdings make it the world’s largest grower of tree nuts, America’s largest citrus grower, and the world’s largest flower delivery service with the Teleflora network of florists. He has written eight books including four national and New York Times bestsellers: Growing a Business, The Ecology of Commerce, Blessed Unrest, and Drawdown (2017). In 2013, the Ecology of Commerce was voted the #1 college text on business and the environment by professors in 67 business schools. President Clinton called Hawken’s book Natural Capitalism one of the five most important books in the world. He is published in 50 countries and 30 languages.
Hawken is the founder of Project Drawdown, which works with over two hundred scholars, students, scientists, researchers, and activists to map, measure, and model the one hundred most substantive solutions that can cumulatively reverse global warming by reducing and sequestering greenhouse gases. He lives in Mill Valley, California in the Cascade Creek watershed with his wife and coyotes, bobcats, red-tail hawks, and flocks of nuthatches.
Mo Khurana leads Inspirage’s global Management Consulting practice. Mo has over 20 years supply chain and commercial experience and is an active supply chain thought leader.
Before joining Inspirage, Mo held various senior leadership supply chain roles in industry across retail, distribution and manufacturing in Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies. Over the years, Mo has undertaken large complex global business transformations in industry, such as the deployment of Integrated Business Planning and implementation of Oracle value chain applications, on a global scale. At Inspirage, Mo continues to help our clients with similar transformational challenges and opportunities with our Management Consulting practice that specializes in: Benchmarking, Business Process Management, Organizational Change Management, Strategic Advisory Services and Business Process Services (BPO/BPaaS).

Jason is currently Chief Operating Officer for Incipio Technologies. In this role, he is responsible for developing and executing the company’s global supply chain and technology vision. Prior to joining Incipio, he held multiple C-level roles including COO ZAGG Inc and Divisional President at Sanyo North America where he led the global supply chain for a $3B conglomerate. Jason also worked for KPMG as a management consultant where he focused on supply chain process improvement and technology integration. Jason holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University at Buffalo and a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Ms. Elizabeth McGuire joined HarbisonWalker International (HWI) as the Director of Global SIOP in 2016. In this role, Ms. McGuire is responsible for overseeing the implementation of SIOP for the organization along with leading the transition of both Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing through the implementation of Oracle Cloud. The Corporate Supply Chain is responsible for establishing the corporate inventory strategy, demand and supply planning methodology, as well as the organizational development and training of planning professionals. During her tenure, Ms. McGuire has implemented several improvements to the organization’s Supply Chain function. These improvements include implementing a demand-driven replenishment system for the end-to-end supply chain; designing a data driven SIOP process; developing a product wheel planning process to be utilized at HWI’s newest factory in South Point, OH; and instituting a talent management strategy to foster organizational and professional development of the company’s planning professionals. Ms. McGuire has 23 years of Supply Chain experience. Her past positions included Global Sr. Manager of Operations and Supply Chain Transformation along with Global Supply Planning Manager at Mine Safety Appliance, along with NA Order Fulfillment Manager and NA Demand and Supply Chain Manager for ThermoFisher Scientific. The common thread throughout her career has been an ability to not only drive inventory turns and improved customer service metrics, but also to redesign complexity out of multidimensional supply chains. Her driving motto is “A consistent and reliable Value Chain are critical to exceeding customers’ expectations in the 21st century”. Ms. McGuire is a graduate of Pfeiffer University with a double Masters in Leadership along with an MBA. The mother of two children and married to her partner, Annette, of 17 years, she enjoys traveling to warm climates along with walks with her dogs and reading anything she can get her hands on.
Dr. Khalid Tadlaoui is the Vice President of Information Technology. Before joining the Nahdi in 2011, he worked with the Savola Group as an IT Director for five years, he also worked with Hewlett-Packard Managed Services (CEEMEA) for two years and with Procter and Gamble EMEA for eleven years, he acquired several Senior Regional positions.
He has an Engineering degree and a PhD in Computer Science from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées in Toulouse, France.
Mark Chapman graduated from the University of Bath in 1992 with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering, and since then has worked on a wide range of projects, from designing the rotor control actuators for the AB139 helicopter, to a sewage works in Totnes, though this perhaps was pushing the limits for what could be termed fluid dynamics! Chapman has mainly been involved in aerospace projects at Boeing with their Propulsion Systems Division, at Rolls Royce. Most recently, he spent nearly 4 years as part of the design team on the STOVL system for the F-35 Lightning II, the Joint Strike Fighter. Chapman had been involved with Richard Noble, holder of the land speed record between 1983 and 1997, on a couple of previous ventures, so when Richard called him to ask whether he’d be interested in a car-based project, it didn’t take long to say yes.
His current position with the Bloodhound Project is his first foray into the world of motorsport, apart from his own attempts at driving a rally car.

Led several full life cycle global ERP and custom application implementations and upgrades including strategy, organizational design, planning, execution and support.
Roderick (Roddy) Martin joined Oracle in June 2016 as the vice president of SCM Cloud product marketing. Martin leads the supply chain management cloud go-to-market plan development, supply chain thought leadership, and message and content creation. He works closely with sales, product strategy, and partners to drive market adoption. Martin brings more than 35 years of supply chain thought leadership experience to Oracle. His vast operations and leadership experience in engineering, manufacturing, and end-to-end supply chain transformation is ideally suited to evangelize Oracle’s market-leading supply chain cloud solutions. Working across product development, corporate marketing, sales, channels, and user communities, Martin leads the team to create consistent and compelling messaging around Oracle's market-driven, end-to-end supply chain cloud solutions.
Stuart is based in Singapore with global responsibility for Logistics and Network Design. Stuart and his team are focused on transforming Schneider’s delivery platform from a “One Size Fits All” approach to a fully optimized Customer Aligned platform that is digitally capable of sensing and responding to multiple customer demands. Working with Dr. John Gattorna, Stuart has been able to deploy Dynamic Alignment in Japan, Taiwan for DHL Express and to a Strategic Account / Global Account Management Front and Back Office Operations within the World’s Largest 3PL. More recently this learning and application has been evolving at Schneider Electric in conjunction with other Global Supply Chain domains as we seek to deliver the Perfect End-to-End Experience Globally for Schneider Electric’s Customers. Prior to Schneider Electric, Stuart worked at DPDHL holding multiple positions over a 14 year career spanning Global, Regional, Country Operational/Commercial Roles and General Management in Asia Pacific and Europe. Prior to DPDHL, Stuart worked at TNT for 6 years based in the USA and later North Asia specializing in “Supply Chain Solutions” for North American based corporations with Asia Pacific manufacturing / sourcing operations.
A British national, Stuart is married with three children. Stuart is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and holds a Global MSc. in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Cranfield University’s School of Management. Stuart has also received academic recognition from ANZAM for a collaborative paper written with Dr. John Gattorna in 2006.
