1. What is My Oracle Rewards?
The My Oracle Rewards program recognizes and rewards Oracle customers for their advocacy activities. Customers can earn points that may be redeemed for intrinsic and extrinsic benefits, including Oracle branded merchandise and Oracle Certification Vouchers.

2. Who can participate in My Oracle Rewards?
Customer enrollment in the program will be rolled out in phases.

Enrollment is by invitation only for a limited number of eligible Oracle private sector and non-health or life sciences customer references based in the United States. Only Oracle customers who meet the eligibility criteria and enroll in the My Oracle Rewards program will be able to receive and redeem points for validated and completed advocacy activities. Customer employees based in other countries, even if invited are not eligible to participate at this time. In future phases, the program will gradually expand.

Health and Life Science organizations** (public and private sectors), as well as all of Public Sector* are not eligible at this stage.

* Oracle’s definition of public sector aligns with global anti-corruption laws, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the U.K. Bribery Act. This definition extends beyond traditional government agencies and ministries and includes any employee or official of a government organization (e.g., federal, province, state, locality, public higher education, etc.), a government-owned or -controlled entity (ownership of 30% or more, voting control, or ability to appoint officers or director), a public international organization, or a political party or candidate for political office.

** Health and life sciences organizations include healthcare providers (e.g., hospitals, academic medical centers, research organizations, clinics, medical practices, including dental, therapy, chiropractic, and other services), pharmaceuticals, laboratories, medical device manufacturers, health insurers and any other health or life sciences organization that may receive government reimbursements for their product or services. Where a health or life sciences organization is classified as Public Sector organization under Oracle’s definition, Oracle’s Public Sector guidelines apply.

3. How do I enroll in My Oracle Rewards?
To enroll in the program, you must create an account by visiting https://go.oracle.com/myoraclerewards

4. How can I earn points?
You start earning points the day that Oracle accepts your My Oracle Rewards registration. You earn points by completing advocacy activities offered through My Oracle Rewards program. Oracle reserves the right to review and deduct points that may have been fraudulently claimed.

5. How much are the points worth?
10 points are equivalent to US$1 when redeemed for rewards. Points are non-transferrable and may not be redeemed for cash or for anything outside of the program offering.

6. What are eligible activities?
An eligible activity is an activity that My Oracle Rewards members need to complete to earn points. Eligible advocacy activities are offered through My Oracle Rewards. Your activities should reflect your truthful and objective experience with Oracle. Points will only be awarded for validated activities initiated and/or approved by the Program, and activities made available via the My Oracle Rewards dashboard.

7. What activities are available?
The Program has three types of activities offered through My Oracle Rewards: Automated, On-demand, and Oracle-led. Please review My Oracle Rewards Activitiesfor a complete list of activities.

Automated activities offered through My Oracle Rewards
Automated activities are fulfilled when signing up or logging in to My Oracle Rewards. Points are allocated automatically once the action has been completed.

On-demand activities offered through My Oracle Rewards
On-demand activities can be fulfilled through My Oracle Rewards but require a verification step. Points earned will be added to your profile within 10 business days following confirmation that the reference activity has been completed.

Oracle-led activities offered through My Oracle Rewards
Oracle-led activities are initiated by Oracle Customer Marketing engagement managers, and points are allocated to members once the activity has been flagged as complete. Points earned will be added to your profile within 10 business days following confirmation that the reference activity has been completed.

Please note that for some activities additional terms may apply.

8. What rewards can I redeem my points for?
You can redeem points for

  • Oracle-branded items listed in the My Oracle Rewards page.
  • Oracle Certification Voucher, granted by Oracle University for one exam attempt. The vouchers are limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis in exchange for 2450 points per voucher. Oracle Certificate Voucher may only be used by the individual to whom they were issued. Any failure to abide by this rule may result in the termination of an individual’s participation in the My Oracle Rewards program. Oracle Certification Voucher provided by Oracle is not valid after the expiration date, may not be canceled, have no monetary value, and may not be returned or exchanged for any other Oracle product or service. Use of Oracle Certification Vouchers is subject to Oracle University’s Terms and Policies.
  • Various other rewards will be added to the My Oracle Rewards dashboard over time. You should check the dashboard for the latest rewards catalog.

9. How do I redeem points?
Points may be redeemed for items listed in the rewards section of the My Oracle Rewards dashboard, which will be updated periodically. To redeem your points, you must select a reward from the catalog in the Rewards section of the website and complete the checkout process. Please allow 10 business days for the rewards order to be processed after you have completed the checkout process. You may redeem a maximum of 10,000 points annually.

10. Can I return or exchange a reward?
Rewards cannot be returned or exchanged once you complete the checkout process. If you receive a damaged item, please email us at ask-myoraclerewards_ww@oracle.com to request a replacement.

11. Do earned points expire?
Yes, points you earn expire after one year if they are not redeemed. Every point earned is recorded in “first in, first out” order, grouped by month. When you redeem your points, we use your oldest points first to help make sure you don’t miss out on your rewards. To view the status of your available points, please visit go.oracle.com/myoraclerewards.
Please note that you will not receive an email notification about the expiration of your points.

12. What are lifetime points?
Lifetime points are the total points you’ve earned since joining My Oracle Rewards. You can view your lifetime points by visiting the My Oracle Rewards dashboard.

13. Will there be any disclosures involved?
Once you sign up for My Oracle Rewards, Oracle will add a disclosure to all published materials incorporating your statements from reference activities. The standard disclosure statement will be “[Customer] is proud to be an Oracle Advocate” or a comparable statement provided by Oracle. The disclosure statement will link directly to the My Oracle Rewards program page that clearly states that the program includes compensation of tangible value. Oracle may add the disclosure to all materials incorporating statements from a customer, even if a particular piece does not generate points under the program. The disclosure for social posts will be the hashtag #OracleAdvocate, and it will link directly to the My Oracle Rewards program page. Websites incorporating testimonials will also use the disclosure "[Customer] is proud to be an Oracle Advocate," and it will link directly to the My Oracle Rewards Program page. If you choose to publish or post materials generated through participation in the My Oracle Rewards program on your own websites or social accounts, Oracle suggests that you also incorporate the disclosure.

14. How will I be updated about the program?
The My Oracle Rewards program will use the email address associated with your My Oracle Rewards member account to send you information regarding the program and any point redemption notifications. You can update your email address through your My Oracle Rewards account.

15. Can I maintain my points if I change employer?
Yes. Please review the My Oracle Rewards Program Terms, section 2: Eligibility and Enrollment. If you meet the My Oracle Rewards Program eligibility criteria, please re-enroll via the program website at go.oracle.com/myoraclerewards with your new business email. You can then email us at ask-myoraclerewards_ww@oracle.com to request that we transfer the points to your new account.

16. What if I want to come back after leaving the program?
If you have previously requested that we terminate your account, please review the My Oracle Rewards Program Terms, section 4: Additional Terms and Termination. If you meet the My Oracle Rewards eligibility criteria, please re-enroll via the program website at go.oracle.com/myoraclerewards. To review eligibility criteria, refer to the Program Terms, section 2: Eligibility and Enrollment.
