Announcing the Launch of the New Hospitality and Food & Beverage Customer Support Portal

As part of our continuous effort to provide you with the best possible service, Oracle is pleased to announce the launch our new Customer Support Portal for Hospitality and Food & Beverage.

The new portal will enable us to deliver improved service management capabilities, including live chat and guided assistance, along with improved reporting and Oracle’s latest Knowledge Management tools.

  • Getting Started with the Support Portal – Learn how to get started with the Customer Support Portal. Online videos will show you how to access the portal, create an account, and navigate around the portal.
  • Working Effectively with Support: Webinars – Register for live webinars where you can learn how to create user accounts, search for solutions, and log and manage their service requests.
  • Oracle Support Phone Numbers – A directory of contact numbers should you wish to contact the Support team by phone.
  • Support Directory – Access information on specific Oracle products.
  • Documents & Resources – Provides access to View Product Documentation via the Oracle Help Center. Access to log into Oracle Communities, which provides access to engage with experts, influence product direction, and participate in discussion groups and events.
