I recently attended my first live event in 2 years…
And it was admittedly a little weird, but also wonderful. It was great to see old industry friends, connect in person with folks I’d met online, and meet completely new people. As time-efficient as virtual events are, there’s nothing like networking at a live event. As an introvert, I honestly didn’t realize how much I’d missed it. As you start to return to live events, I hope you’ll consider attending Oracle CloudWorld on Oct. 16–20 and sign up for updates. I hope to see you there!

Say What?

“I’ve been working with a number of clients lately on click reach, which they sometimes refer to as engaged per contacted. This metric cuts through a lot of the campaign‑level metric noise and lets you see the engagement health of your list. Recently, it has really showcased the massive drop in unique customer channel engagements following the launch of Mail Privacy Protection by Apple.”
