Nishar is the Distinguished Data Integration Specialist, leading the sales opportunity across cloud and License for Data Replication product, GoldenGate. The GoldenGate is the best database replication technology available in the market. His primary area of focus is to actively lead the Sales opportunity and grow the family of GoldenGate Products in the EMEA region. The family of GoldenGate products includes OCI GoldenGate, GoldenGate for Oracle, GoldenGate for Non-Oracle, GoldenGate for Big Data, GoldenGate Stream Analytics, GoldenGate Foundation Suite(Veridata, GoldenGate OEM PlugIn).

Before joining the sales team, he was a Senior Principal Product Manager at Oracle, led the GoldenGate Cloud Service, GoldenGate Foundation Suite Products, and GoldenGate core products globally.

Nishar has been a key member of the leadership team that created new cloud services from inception to growing Oracle Data Integration business services. He has also spearheaded multiple Oracle internal innovations that resulted in top-line and bottom-line growth in Database Replication.

Nishar has over 22+ years of experience in the technology space, specializing in enterprise data replication and data integration products, with a demonstrated track record of creating and scaling world-class businesses. For the last 10+ years, He has been focused on driving revenue through sales and product management, making the business strategy, Evangelizing Products across EMEA, Helping customers modernizing data eco systems, executing the product execution, and leading the cross-functional teams, products.

Before joining the Sales & Product Management role, he was the Architect of the software development; he led various complex technology projects for several companies, including Endress+Hauser, Cummins Inc, GoldenGate Inc.

Nigel is the product manager for the Oracle Optimizer. He began as an application developer and Oracle DBA in 1988 and, over time, became interested in database design and performance management. He joined Oracle Consulting in 1996, where he concentrated on delivering performance-critical and very large database applications. At Oracle, he has had various roles, including consulting, benchmarking, pre-sales and development. He has been part of the Data Warehouse and Autonomous Database Technologies team since 2014.

Vladimir joined Oracle in 2004. He has experience in the design and implementation of systems for high performance and highly available databases in various sectors such as telecommunications, finance, retail, public sector. Vladimir is an expert in various areas of data management.

I advise Oracle's customers on achieving compliance, managing risk and safeguarding data privacy through secure implementation of database technology. I'm passionate about database security, and have been for well over a decade. That passion has translated into success at thousands of our customers, including the majority of the Fortune 1000. By nature, I am an innovator. I thrive on opportunities to analyze difficult problems and see the solutions which often lie in the larger picture. The thing I’ve enjoyed most has been the chance to build and grow a business – developing my team and creating successful strategies and programs to increase awareness and sales.

I started to work with Oracle RDBMS around 25 years ago. Since that time I was for over 10 years an instructor in Oracle University, responsible for deliver trainings related to Oracle RDBMS, Java and application servers, a consultant working for large, multinational companies, specializing in performance tuning and advanced options of Oracle database, Oracle PaaS expert/Cloud Solution Engineer specializing in data management and finally - since 1st of February 2022 - Data Management Domain Expert. Apart from Oracle databases and cloud portfolio, I was working with AWS services (as an AWS ProServe Senior Database Migration Consultant), including RDS and Aurora and some open source databases, like Postgres or MySQL.

David joined Oracle in 2020, with 12 years experience and a background as a DBA & Solution Architect. David has worked with customers of all sizes across all industries. David has experience of designing secure, optimally-performing and fault tolerant database solutions, always designed with the key business requirements and user experience of the customer in mind.

I'm an experienced database professional with around 7 years of industry experience and presently spearheading functions with SEHUB as a solution engineer. I hold OCA, OCP and OCI certifications. I have a deep understanding of technology with a focus on delivering business solutions.

Sandeep Dubey is a Database Administrator expert having 16+ years of experience in the IT industry. Sandeep had worked with MOS support within the Oracle closed to 10 years with different team, also worked with a big manufacturing client as a subject matter export for different BAU, migration activities. One complete physical data center migration was done with the same client along with DBA activities. Sandeep also worked with a big banking customer managing 10000+ databases for multiple activities and was also their onsite closed to 1.5 years to work with their database engineering team to fine tune multiple issue/enhancements. Sandeep is also an Oracle Certified Masters.
As far as personal front is concerned, Sandeep is married and have one son, presently living with them in Bangalore, India.
